What area do you service?Cleanfinity is servicing the area of St. John's and surrounding areas though we do add a little extra depending on how far is your location from our office. Contact us to get more information?

What kind of cleaning products do you use?At Cleanfinity, we do more than just cleaning. We make sure that your home is clean and safe from harmful cleaning chemical that could leave a harmful residue. That is why we choose to use eco-friendly products.

Do I have to stay home during the cleaning?You don't have to, You can provide us an instruction how to access your home to provide the cleaning service you need. At Cleanfinity, we do our best to make sure your home is safe with us. Our staff were required to pass Certificate Of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check before they can start their first day on the job to ensure your home is safe.

How much do you charge for event/party clean up?We do charge $35 an hour per person. We do not provide quotes on event and party clean up due to lot of things that could prolong the cleaning. Our staff come in pair or more depending of the scope of the job.

Do you offer any plans or discount?We do offer discount on some occasions and we also have plans that could save you more for recurring cleaning schedule depending on the service and frequency of cleaning. Can I have the same cleaning person every schedule?We do try our best to provide you with the same person every cleaning schedule. But at some instances we do have to send you a different cleaner, we will contact you 2 hours before the schedule.
