BOOKING POLICY

CANCELATIONS

Space on our calendar is blocked  once you booked your appointment and is no longer available to our other clients. If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our appointments are in high demand, and advanced notice will allow us to give the time slot to another client. 

  • A 50% cancelation fee will be required for any appointments terminated with less than 24 hours notice.

  • 80% if less than 4 hours before the scheduled time of cleaning.

  • Continuous cancelations can result in termination of your cleaning service. 

  • Future appointments cannot be booked until cancelation fees due to late notice has been paid.

Lock-Out
          If we are unable to gain entry to the Premises during the One-Hour Arrival Window, we will contact you via phone and/or email to request further instructions. Our team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding to their next appointment. If the team cannot obtain access within 15 minutes of arriving to the Premises, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES, VOUCHERS, PROMO CODES

  • Every Gift Certificates or vouchers has an expiration dates. Expired certificate or vouchers are no longer acceptable.

  • Rewarded Gift Certificates and vouchers to existing clients are non-transferable. If you wish to provide a gift of a clean home to someone, please purchase a gift voucher.

  • Cannot be used towards any other services except Standard Cleaning unless specifically purchased for such purpose. 

  • Are exempt during the month of December and holidays. 

  • Cannot be used with any other discount.

REFUND

At Cleanfinity, we do not offer refunds on any type of services availed. We care for our client satisfaction and If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service you have received, please message us at cleanifinity.services@gmail.com within 24 hours after the services was provided and we would be happy to resolve the situation to the best of our ability. We can no longer rectify the issue on the service provided after 24 hours.
