We do charge $35/hr per person. We always go in pairs and minimum of 3 hours. At Cleanfinity, we clean to a finish so please note that the number of hours you booked is just an estimate based on the information provided.
Cancellation Policy
Fees: We charge $35/hr/person and the fees and or hours of cleaning quoted in the Confirmation are estimates only and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the Premises. Our team comes in pair and we add additional cleaner depending on the amount of job that needs to be done. We will notify you an hour before if we will add additional cleaner and it will only means the job will be finish faster. Cleanfinity Services may changes its fees from time to time upon notice to you. Fee are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments: We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, check, and cash. Payment must be made in full to Cleanfinity Services upon completion of service. A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) will be charged on all past due balances. A $25 fee is applied to all NSF or declined checks. Equipment and Supplies: Cleanfinity Services provides all required equipment, supplies, cleaning products, tools and other items necessary to perform the services. Our team will not use any equipment, supplies, cleaning products or other items that you supply or request be used to perform the services. One-Hour Arrival Window: We provide you with a One-hour Arrival Window relative to your scheduling time preference to allow for factors beyond our control. Cancellation Policy: Space on our calendar is blocked  once you booked your appointment and is no longer available to our other clients. If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment, we require that you let us know at least 4 hours in advance. Our appointments are in high demand, and advanced notice will allow us to give the time slot to another client. A 50% cancelation fee will be required for any appointments terminated with less than 4 hours notice. 80% if less than 2 hours before the scheduled time of cleaning. Continuous cancelations can result in termination of your cleaning service. Future appointments cannot be booked until cancelation fees due to late notice has been paid. Lock-Out: If we are unable to gain entry to the Premises during the One-Hour Arrival Window, we will contact you via phone and/or email to request further instructions. Our team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding to their next appointment. If the team cannot obtain access within 15 minutes of arriving to the Premises, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service.
